Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least five hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within five hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. 2. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to respect the time of other clients. 3. Health and Safety We kindly ask anyone who may have head lice to reschedule their appointment after they’ve treated the condition. This helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
